Overview

Welle Essentials is a wellness brand born in New Zealand, founded by Elle Chrisp and her husband Dave Dingwall. Their range includes everyday essentials like electrolytes, protein and collagen blends, pre-workout, and collagen creamer. The brand is all about simple, clean wellness—supporting people through products that actually do what they say.

The Solution

I’ve been working with Elle for over 3 years now, creating everything from social media content and mockups to email banners and some of their packaging. I help make sure every piece of content feels aligned with their tone—calm, friendly, and clear. Whether it’s an Instagram post, a website refresh, or a new launch, my focus is always on keeping things consistent and beautifully on-brand.

The Outcome

Welle Essentials has carved out its own lane in the wellness space. With scroll-stopping visuals and thoughtful content, their community has grown into more than just followers—it’s a space of support, real conversations, and shared wellness wins.

Behind the scenes, content flows easier, launches feel more seamless, and everything runs with more intention and ease. The brand continues to grow steadily, and I’m grateful to be part of that journey. It’s one of three special projects I get to help shape—alongside Welle Club and the Mini Meltdowns podcast—and it’s been a joy watching all three bloom in their own unique way.
