TrainWise is a data-driven fitness app that helps users train smarter using sports science. I’ve been working closely with the team to lead their social media strategy — focusing on content that educates, engages, and builds trust with their community.

TrainWise is designed for people who want more than just workouts — they want to train with purpose. With a growing user base and a founder already known in the fitness YouTube space, the brand needed content that matched the quality and credibility of their product. The goal: elevate their social media presence and turn attention into action.
The Solution
We started with a fresh content direction, focusing on clarity, consistency, and value. From educational carousels and community-focused content to product-focused reels, the strategy was to balance science with real-life application. I handled content planning, post creation, and daily scheduling using tools like Figma, Canva, and Metricool — ensuring brand alignment every step of the way.
The (Early) Outcome
While we’re still in the early stages, the feedback so far has been very positive. The client mentioned that the posts now feel more cohesive and on-brand compared to before — and that they’re genuinely happy with the direction we’re heading.
